Have you ever found yourself spending countless hours just sitting and staring at a computer screen while trying to complete your school work?  Sitting all day is generally a poor idea for your posture and general health.  Also with darker winter days around the corner comes a stronger chance of the winter blues.  Physical activity helps in the battle against these adversaries of health and well-being. The Keffer Library has recently acquired an adjustable standing desk for use in its public computer lab in effort to improve student health.  Standing desks allow you the flexibility to stand and move around while completing your school work.
