The Center for Risk Management & Insurance has been established at the University of St. Thomas to develop the next generation of risk management and insurance professionals. Our coursework is designed to fit with almost any other course of study, which acknowledges the great diversity of professions within the insurance industry.

Classes regularly feature testimonies and presentations from insurance industry professionals. Students are offered travel opportunities to attend relevant conferences, which allow for learning and networking opportunities. Through the close partnerships the University of St. Thomas fosters with various companies in the insurance industry, our students have many opportunities to pursue internships which allow them to hone in on what area of insurance they’re most interested in, and ultimately find meaningful, fulfilling employment upon graduation.
