I am completely obsessed with Glue Balls! It’s the perfect snack because it is both healthy and delicious. I make Glue Balls once a week, and then keep them in my fridge and eat them as snacks on the go, for breakfast, or for a quick burst of energy. Glue Balls are super easy to make, and the best part about them is they are healthy, but you actually enjoy eating them! As a busy college student, I appreciate food that is both healthy and convenient, and I have found that these work perfectly for me.

1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flax seeds
Handful of goodies- I usually throw in dark chocolate chips and peanuts, but you can really put in anything!
Mix the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then hand roll into balls. Store in refrigerator.
