Caryn Brooks

Caryn Brooks is a student in the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of St. Thomas. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Caryn has over eight years experience in the multifamily industry, managing a portfolio of 1,200 units in the Twin Cities and coordinating the launch of new developments. As a LEED-accredited professional, she seeks to maximize the return of multifamily properties for investors by ensuring that new developments are a sustainable long-term asset to the community.
