I can’t believe I’m almost done with my first semester of college! From after Thanksgiving until December 17 I’m expecting things to be pretty crazy as finals get going, but for now I’m still enjoying Thanksgiving break. I registered for classes this week and got all the ones I wanted, which I wasn’t expecting, so that was a bonus! I’ll be taking Finite Mathematics during J-term, which is three hours of class four days a week-no school on Monday for me which will rock. In the spring I’ll be taking Catholic Studies 101, History, Political Science and a Communications/Journalism class, as well as Liturgical Choir for another semester (yay!!!). I love how every new semester of college is like a new adventure!

This week has been quite busy with one paper and two tests, but we made it through and the weekend welcomed us with a big arrival of snow!!
Because I am a weather nerd, I knew the epic blizzard was coming but there’s still nothing like waking up to snow outside! Kudos to all you high school juniors and your families that made it out to Fall Junior Visit Day-you’re all such troopers! Here’s a short wrap-up of the weekend.

First of all, I must state that I LOVE CHOIR! It’s just one of those places where you always feel at home, where everyone’s welcoming and where you’re always sure to have an awesome time. St. Thomas’ Liturgical Choir is no exception, and after our annual Lit Choir Retreat this weekend, hosted at Gainey (YAY!), I’m happy to report that we’re even closer than we were before!
