2011 NAIOP University Challenge Site - Oakdale Mall
Students in the real estate programs at St. Thomas (Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Master of Science degree in Real Estate) are exposed to numerous real world real estate projects throughout their degree programs. This gives them a chance to not only learn the real estate theory but to be able to also apply that theory. The NAIOP University Challenge gives students the opportunity to work as a consulting team to develop or redevelop a property.
This year, five schools including UST, The University of Wisconsin Madison, St. Cloud State University, University of Northern Iowa and Marquette University will compete in the 2011 University Real Estate Challenge.
