The UST Libraries are pleased to announce to all our ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan) Users that you will soon be able to use your UST Username and password to log into your ILLiad account. We hope to implement this change before the start of the Fall Semester. This change is being made to eliminate the frustration that many of you have felt in trying to keep track of your ILLiad password. Since we began using ILLiad in 2005, the Interlibrary Loan Department has received many calls and emails from people needing help with their passwords. Our users love ILLiad, and this change should make your experience even better.
Many of you already use your UST Username for ILLiad, so for you, it will only mean a change from your current ILLiad password to your UST password. We hope this simplifies your life!
The change should cause no problem in accessing your account. If you do experience difficulty in logging in, or if you cannot access your existing account and requests, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Department for assistance.
