Save All Attachments with One Click in Outlook

Published on: Wednesday, September 11th, 2013

I know this might sound too old school nowadays to send photos through email, when you can share them on flickr, Google Photos or Instagram. But we do receive photos through emails, and sometimes several of them in one email. Instead of downloading those attached photos one by one, you can save time by downloading all the photos in one batch in Outlook. Here is what you need to do:

  • Open the message which has the attached photos.
  • Right-click on one of the photos and choose Save All Attachments in the pop-up menu.
  • You can now even choose not to download certain photos, but otherwise, you can leave it at default where all the photos are selected. Click continue
  • Save it to a folder of your choice.
