I just returned from a trip to the University of Utah, Utah Valley University, and Brigham Young University. The weather was perfect and very similar to what we have been enjoying in Minnesota over the past several weeks. At the first event at the University of Utah, I was in the ballroom at the A. Ray Olpin Union, the university community center. On the wall next to me was a painting of the Ute Indians. The student center was bustling with prospective law students. I talked to several students who are interested in visiting Minnesota and learning more about UST Law. Also invited were students from Utah State, Southern Utah University, Westminster College, Weber State University, and Salt Lake Community College. As a special treat, there were vendors in Olpin Union selling hand-made jewelry. (more…)
