Only 3 days of summer left…

Published on: Friday, August 27th, 2010

I honestly cannot believe how fast summer has gone by!  I went to St. Thomas and purchased the rest of my textbooks.  I also picked up a study aide for the MPRE test that I will be taking in November.  I just can’t believe school time is already here.

I worked for the first time today since returning to the U.S..  It was nice to be back at work for some extra money, but it sure was difficult setting an alarm again.  I work at Jensen’s Cafe in Burnsville as a waitress.  I make a good amount in tips, and it is close enough to my house that I can walk to work.   I keep working there because it is so convenient for me, and with the hectic schedule I get once classes start, convenient is awesome!  However, I have began my search for a legal job, and it has already proven to be a daunting task.

I will be attending the Welcome Picnic tonight at St. Thomas.  Furthermore, I will be attending the Peer Mentor Lunch tomorrow as well.  I look forward to the last three days I have left of summer before school starts!
