Below is a sample of what are standard blog looks like. At this time we are not doing anymore custom blogs as most of these blogs will be used for feeds and not a home website.
With this current configuration you are able to select the header and line color.
And you may also add a picture that represents your topic.
In Appearance select Header Image and Color. Enter in your theme color and link to the header image that is in your image library.
