UST’s Full-time MBA program made its presence known this April at the Intercollegiate Business Ethics Case Competition in Los Angeles, hosted by Loyola-Marymount University. This competition was the next phase for the team after the successful CEBC Ethics Case Competition that took place in late February. Rob Bennett, Kateryna Grukovska, Erin Liddy, Brian Slattery and Matt Wach all took part in the three-day competition, accompanied by Koch Chair in Business Ethics, Dr. Kenneth Goodpaster. The field was comprised of 28 U.S. and international collegiate teams each presenting comprehensive business, legal and ethical analyses of a particular case study.
After completing three judged presentations, the UST team was recognized as graduate division co-champion, tying with a team from the Middle East Technical University. The competition, camaraderie and California sunshine were great rewards to a trip that continued to spread the success of the UST brand!
