Congratulations for the great essay! I have always dispute with some colleagues about the effectiveness of teams having more members. I am glad that you share my opinion about that: The smaller the team, the more effective it tends to be. I am absolutely agree that in a lot of cases the conflicts stimulate the teams with more ideas. And of course the biggest benefit from the team work are the complementary skills and abilities.

To: James Stewart

Mr. Stewart, The Epidemic of Lying in America a timely hase illuminated a monumental issue that I believe has broad cultural implications.

Nearly fifty years ago, while having a business lunch with a vendor, whom had broken his commitment to maintain a firm price for his proposal, but subsequently gave another competitor a decided advantage to win a million dollar contract. When was queried about the matter his response was shocking as well as memorable, "don't be naive, what's a lie, other than the rearrangement of a group of words"!!!

Love the integrity of your work, and covet the notion of the cloning at least another thousand equally as skilled.

Best wishes for an abundance of good health and continued success.
