First Destination Survey
Wondering what job titles are open to students/alumni in your major, what companies you could work for, or how much money you might earn after graduating? The Career Development Center surveys alumni annually to compile a report of post-graduation activities. The 2016 Undergraduate First Destination Survey has been completed and provides answers to your questions. View the report online.
A few quick facts:
- Students who visited the Career Center between 4 and 6 times had full-time employment rates of 89% compared with 78% for students who visited once, and 65% for students who never visited.
- The total percentage securing their employment prior to graduation or within a month of graduation has increased each year to a current 67.82 percent.
- The median salary range for full-time employment was $40,001-$45,000.
- Overall, 68% of graduates reported having an internship while at St. Thomas.
